Originally from New York City, Prabhupada-vrata (BPBV) Damodara Swami has been traveling and preaching in five continents for the last 40 years. I wanted to hear the perspective from someone who’s worked and lived in places like Bolivia (what?), Guyana, India, Kuwait, Ukraine, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, among others.

During our conversation (in the Sacred Sounds House, which sadly days later caught on fire) Damodara Swami shares his views about mass media and the manipulation of fear, his admiration for David Ray Griffin as a theologian journalist and author, COVID-19, the $1.7 trillion war plane, some Krshna teachings and his personal message: use some common sense!
